This is going to be my non-real friends journal to keep track and encourage myself to continue on in my path to be my lowest weight since....almost ever (I was a fat kid, lost some weight going into high school, and now am almost back to 200..erg)
I'd really like to get to 160, although since I've never been that low, I dont know if Ill want to continue from there, or if that will be more than enough (I will not go beyond a certain level if I start to look sickly). I also will be trying to account for muscle gained, so hopeully Ill lose 30 lbs while still gaining some muscle, or at least toning up.
My basic plan is as follows:
Diet: Between 1500-1750 cals/day. Trying to keep it on 1500. No fast food, very occasional sweets (no more than one/week), and start phasing out diet coke (my life support for so long), and replacing with water. Lots of greens and fruits, etc. :-)
Exercise: Muay Thai Kickboxing workouts for 1.5 hours on Monday and Wednesday. Self guided practice on Friday. 100 situps, 30-50 push ups, and 100 squats every day, with at least 10 minutes of some cardio (jumping rope, quick job/walk, etc.)
Reasons why I want to do this vary:
~~I've always been chubby. Always. Im tired of it. I want to see a thin me, and not be embarrased to see myself in a swim suit.
~~I have the time and resources now to make a plan like this work, unlike in college where unhealthy eating is the norm.
~~I am 24 and lonely. Its time to date...someone. haha. Maybe if I lose some of this excess and take care of myself better, I'll have better luck finding "the one"..hah.
Bla bla bla, I could go on. Prove myself to others, and myself. Mostly myself.
